Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original item for a refund first, then place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
